We don't bounce. We don't ease-elastic. Animation in DOMUNN is for telling the user something just changed, or that something is worth looking at. Three primary motions, used everywhere:
Display copy enters by clipping from below. 1.2s · ease-out · 80ms stagger.
A single volt-green light sweeps once when a section enters. Never loops in real product.
Hover targets pull the cursor 2–4px. Subtle, never a parlor trick.
